3 large tomatoes, diced
½ medium onion, chopped
1-2 jalapenos, chopped
Fresh cilantro (to taste), chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 Tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
2. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
3. Serve with your favorite chips, tacos, or other munchy food!
