Ingredients:
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dried, sweetened cranberries
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour to allow flavors to combine. Serve chilled.
Keto option:
Leave out cranberries and choose mayonnaise with no added sugar.
